- I first earned my real estate license in 1987, while serving in Military with the US Coast Guard, in San Diego, CA. Since then, I have been involved in real estate transactions in more than 6 states.
- Upon retirement from the USCG, I entered new home construction, as a field superintendent, with a national home builder.
- Since my return to Northern California, I have been with Coldwell Banker, moving forward to RE/MAX Altima, getting results and NOW, my own franchise with United Country, we work with Agriculture Sales (Orchards: Walnuts, Almonds, Olives) Rice Ground, Farms and Ranches, Commercial Property and of course Residential.
- I live to help people. I have been helping people and saving lives for more than 21 years while serving in the United States Coast Guard. - Short Sales/REOs. To be familiar with the short sale market, one has to have experienced it for themselves. Unfortunately, I HAVE... I feel this puts me in the position to be able to negotiate with the banks, knowing what is involved first hand. It is key to maintain relationships with the lender, to ensure a proper transaction is completed and closed.
